TUTORIAL : HOW TO MAKE FUYUNGHAI





FUYUNGHAI

                               

Fuyunghai is one of the dishes from china are pretty much favored in indonesian. Vegertables and meat wrapped in egg omelette is very suitable in the tongue of indonesian, especially if combined with the tomato sauce which is refresing.

Materials :

First of all let’s prepare in advance the ingredients needed to make fuyunghai simple with the sauce. In the recipe this time we are using cabbage and carrot as the vegetables are used you can add or replace it with another vegetable that you prefer.


  1. 10 eggs chicken or an egg duck
  2. 2 strands leaves onions 
  3. 300 gr of a carrot 
  4.  Sugar sand to taste 
  5. salt the kitchen to taste 
  6.  Pepper delicate taste 
  7.  4 sdm flour tapioka
  8. Sweet ketchup
  9.  oil

To make the sauce of sour sweetness please prepare the following materials :


  •  2 cloves of onion
  •  6 garlic cloves
  • Tomato sauce to taste 
  •  2 pieces of red chili 
  • 4 pieces of red tomatoes 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 4 sdm sweet soy sauce 
  • pepper to taste 
  • 2 sdm cornstarch 
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • Sugar to taste

How to make Fuyunghai simple :

ü  First of all prepare a large container to hold the dough the egg . after that break the eggs and put into the container.
ü  Next, put, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, and tapioca flour. Stir the dough until all the ingredients mix evenly
ü  After that cut the cabbage, carrots and onion leaves then put in the dough and stir again until evenly.
ü  Prepare the skillent for frying the dough fuyunghai, then give the cooking oil to taste and heat one it is hot enough, please put some of the dough into the pan and fry in medium-high heat.
ü  If already done, please remove and put back the rest of the dough little by little until everything runs out at the cook. Well, now fuyunghai is ready to be served along with a sauce of sour sweetness.

How to make the sauce fuyunghai :
ü  To make the sauce fuyunghai is the first of all please boil the tomatoes in the boiling water until cooked.
ü  After that, purce the tomatoes with the how to pulverized or blended with water to about 400 ml if less like the dregs, then you can filter it first  after a grind.
ü  Next please chopped small garlic, onion, and also red chili. Put the pieces into the frying pan, stir-fry briefly until the smell fragrant. After that put tomato sauce and tomato are already blended into the frying pan.
ü  Mix the soy sauce, pepper, sugar, and salt into the mixture. Stir slowly until all the ingredients mix evenly next put the chicken broth and stir again until the sauce is boiling.
ü  Next put the cornstarch until the sauce reaches the consistency you want stir again until all the ingredients are well-mixed then remove from heat and set aside. Well, now sweet and sour sauce i already ready to be served along with egg fuyunghai.
